UI/UX Designer with React

As a UI/UX Designer with React expertise, you will be responsible for crafting engaging user interfaces and seamless user experiences while collaborating closely with developers to implement your designs using React. This unique role blends user-centric design expertise with hands-on experience in AI technologies and full-stack development using React and Node.js. You will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended vision and provides an intuitive user experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Design user interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve UI/UX.
• Design and develop AI-powered features and tools that enhance user interactions and application intelligence.
• Work with AI frameworks and APIs to integrate machine learning, natural language processing, or
predictive analytics into products.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to fine-tune AI models and optimize performance.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to implement designs using React.
• Develop reusable React components and integrate UI designs into the codebase.
• Ensure design consistency across the product following brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Advocate for the end-user within the development lifecycle.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably with hands-on experience in React development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs with responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of React.js including JSX, components, state management, and hooks.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Good communication skills to articulate design decisions.
