Executive TPM & Product Orchestration Lead

Character.AI is seeking a high-leverage Technical Program Manager to partner directly with the Chief Product Officer. You will operate across the entire product and design purview to ensure core development engines run seamlessly.
This is not a traditional TPM role; we want a fixer with founder's energy, exceptional execution, and the technical weight to act as an operational extension of the CPO. You will chase bottlenecks, align roadmaps, and scale velocity with our AI-enabled workflows.
