Senior HR Business Partner & Talent Management Lead
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner and Talent Management leader to report directly to the CHRO. This is a true senior HRBP role, ideally suited to candidates from financial or professional services environments who have developed broad expertise across the full employee and talent lifecycle within a non‑COE corporate model.

In this highly visible and impactful position, you will partner closely with senior leaders across a dynamic, approximately 300‑person professional services organization. Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to the leadership team, you will also remain hands‑on within a lean and collaborative HR function. Dedicated specialists currently oversee HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits, allowing you to focus on driving talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and enhance the organization’s talent management strategy, with a particular focus on performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and competency frameworks.

Evaluate, refine, and modernize existing talent processes, including performance cycles, talent reviews, and capability frameworks.

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, capability assessment, learning and development strategy, and employee relations matters.

Leverage data and analytics to inform decision‑making, deliver compelling presentations, and influence senior stakeholders across the business.

10‑12 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
