Have 7 to 8 years of relevant experience
Must have strong business system analyst experience
Experience collating requirements / creating flows
Good with JIRA confluence
Strong communication skills - must be able to elicit requirements into low level stories
Good at drafting success criterias, etc.
Have very good knowledge of the Salesforce business functional flows, preparing business requirement documents and Salesforce Admin knowledge
