Fivetran is seeking a Director of GTM Strategy & Planning to lead the team responsible for our most consequential GTM decisions. You and your team will own GTM strategy, market prioritization, headcount planning, quota setting, and territory design, partnering with Finance to shape annual plans across regions.
You will collaborate with CRO, CMO, GTM Ops, and sales leadership, developing rigorous frameworks and executive-level communications to drive alignment on high-stakes decisions.
