About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to support acquisition marketing initiatives across a fast-paced, cross-functional organization. This role will help develop and execute growth strategies, analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and drive marketing initiatives from concept through execution.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven marketer who thrives in ambiguity, communicates exceptionally well, and can move quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail. This person should be comfortable partnering across multiple teams, building strategic recommendations, supporting executive-ready presentations, and helping bring growth campaigns to market.

Responsibilities
Support the development of growth marketing strategies using customer insights, performance data, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, efficiency, and overall business results.
Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
Own or support campaigns from ideation through execution, launch, and post-campaign recap reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Media, Product Marketing, Digital/Web, Partner Marketing, Social, Analytics, and Product.
Build presentations, recommendations, and strategic narratives for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Support A/B testing strategy by helping create test briefs, identifying hypotheses, and evaluating performance learnings.
Monitor campaign results and proactively recommend optimizations based on data and business goals.
Coordinate multiple marketing workstreams while keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
Support acquisition-focused initiatives across paid media, digital marketing, partner channels, merchandising, social, and product marketing.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
Step in to support execution-side meetings, action items, follow-ups, and project coordination as needed.
Bring a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to strategy, analysis, presentations, and execution.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, or a related function.
Experience supporting subscription, streaming, direct-to-consumer, digital, or technology-driven growth businesses strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing or supporting end-to-end campaign execution, including ideation, launch, optimization, and performance reporting.
Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, performance marketing metrics, customer segmentation, testing frameworks, and optimization strategies.
Experience working across marketing channels such as paid media, digital/web, partner marketing, social, product marketing, and online merchandising.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and present to leadership.
Strong PowerPoint/presentation skills, including the ability to build polished decks and communicate strategic narratives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly proactive, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and cross-functional complexity.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Portfolio, presentation samples, or prior work examples are a plus but not required.
Preferred Experience
Experience in entertainment, streaming, media, subscription services, direct-to-consumer, or digital growth businesses.
Familiarity with Connected TV, OEMs, streaming platforms, content discovery, merchandising, and acquisition partnerships.
Experience with media planning, customer segmentation, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint dashboards, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, including director, senior director, VP, or executive-level audiences.
