Location: Brighton, East Sussex (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days in the office)

About the Role
Hunters' is recruiting on behalf of a growing multi‑brand retail and e‑commerce business looking to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing function.

Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Lead, mentor and develop a team across PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Email and Affiliate Marketing.

Manage paid media campaigns, monitoring performance and optimising ROI.

Oversee digital marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend.

Analyse campaign performance, producing meaningful reports and commercial insights.

Work closely with Brand, Ecommerce, Trading and Development teams to improve website performance and customer journeys.

Drive SEO strategy, content optimisation and digital best practice.

Support website developments, platform enhancements and digital transformation projects.

Develop effective digital launch strategies for new products and campaigns.

Build strong relationships with external agencies and marketing partners.

Champion a culture of testing, continuous improvement and data‑led decision making.

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and emerging digital technologies.

About You
We're looking for a commercially focused digital marketing professional with a strong background in e‑commerce and a passion for delivering measurable online growth. You'll ideally have:

A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business or a related subject.

At least 6 years' experience within digital marketing, including 5+ years in e‑commerce and experience driving sales alongside managing key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS and MCOS.

A minimum of five years' experience in an e‑commerce environment.

Strong knowledge of PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Email Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.

Experience managing digital marketing teams.

Excellent understanding of GA4, web analytics and conversion optimisation.

Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS and ROI.

Budget management experience, including responsibility for significant marketing spend.

An interest in AI tools and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Desirable Experience

Shopify, Magento, Umbraco or WordPress.

Klaviyo.

Monday.com.

Dashboard creation and data visualisation.

Retail, e‑commerce or consumer brand experience.
