Responsibilities

Mentor and train others in user experience research techniques

Work closely with product teams to identify research topics

Requirements

MA/MS/PhD in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience

5+ years relevant research experience

Strong business acumen

Demonstrated mastery in using design thinking techniques

Ability to facilitate group meetings and workshops
