Digital Consumer Experience Content Strategist Location: Morristown, NJ
The Global Digital Consumer Experience function is seeking a Content Strategist to serve as a subject‑matter expert and cross‑functional enabler. The role sits at the intersection of content operations, digital product development, and organizational capability building, focusing on CX Center of Excellence communications, employee experience support, and the development of CX content guidelines for human and AI consumption.
Main Responsibilities Lead internal communication strategies for the CX Center of Excellence, articulating the value, direction, and impact of CX initiatives to stakeholders across the organization.
Represent content strategy as the lead subject‑matter expert within the CX Foundation’s Community of Practice.
Improve and maintain the CX COE SharePoint website to support the goals and value proposition of the Digital Consumer Experience team.
Create content frameworks that enable product teams to integrate best practices for multi‑modal environments.
Develop frameworks and guidance for designing content that functions effectively within AI‑driven, autonomous, and conversational digital environments.
Maintain and evolve living CX content guidelines, establishing review cycles and governance processes aligned with organizational priorities, digital product practices, and AI capabilities.
Evolve standards, guidelines, and toolkits for information architecture and taxonomy, enabling intuitive, consistent, and scalable content structuring.
Plan and deliver training workshops to upskill employees on content best practices.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any domain; Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI writing, content design, content strategy, communications, digital marketing, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience leading content programs, communities of practice, or cross‑functional content initiatives within a digital product or consumer experience context.
Proven expertise in content lifecycle management and optimization, including governance, workflow design, and performance improvement.
Experience defining and implementing communication plans for diverse audiences, especially technical and scientific communities.
Strong working knowledge of UX and UI writing principles and their application within digital product environments.
Experience developing practitioner‑facing training materials, playbooks, toolkits, or enablement resources.
Strong expertise in information architecture and taxonomy principles as applied to digital content systems.
A natural copywriter and storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to varied audiences and formats.
