What You’ll Own

Own the email strategy, calendar, and execution for School Outfitters

Build, test, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot

Create lifecycle programs such as welcome series, quote follow‑up, nurture, re‑engagement, lapsed customer win‑back, and post‑purchase campaigns

Segment audiences using customer type, industry, purchase behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage, and sales data

Write and edit email copy, including subject lines, preview text, body copy, and calls to action

Partner with our designer to create emails that are on‑brand, easy to read, and built to convert

Monitor email health, including deliverability, sender reputation, bounce rates, spam complaints, unsubscribes, suppression lists, and list hygiene

Maintain email best practices, including CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, authentication, permission‑based marketing, and suppression strategy

Run A/B tests across subject lines, content, timing, calls to action, and audience strategy

Report on email performance, revenue influence, and customer engagement with clear recommendations for what to improve

Help set HubSpot standards for workflows, lists, properties, forms, templates, data hygiene, and reporting

Partner with sales, IT, and marketing teams so HubSpot is useful, organized, and scalable

How You’ll Make an Impact

Increase engagement and conversion throughout the customer journey.

Improve marketing automation efficiency and scalability.

Drive stronger utilization and governance of HubSpot across the organization.

Create data‑driven recommendations that improve campaign performance and revenue contribution.

Strengthen customer retention, repeat purchases, and sales effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

Based in the Cincinnati area and able to work onsite four days per week.

4+ years of hands‑on email marketing experience

Strong HubSpot, or other CRM, experience, including workflows, lists, properties, forms, email, reporting, and CRM structure

Working knowledge of email deliverability, including sender reputation, authentication, bounce management, suppression strategy, and list hygiene

Strong copywriting instincts and the ability to write effective email copy

Experience building nurture programs that drive business results

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend what to change

Experience with B2B, B2B2C, ecommerce, and sales‑assisted buying journeys

Basic HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting

Familiarity with Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar email QA tools

Strong attention to detail
