Establish and track core performance KPIs (reach, engagement, referral traffic, and sentiment) using Sprout Social, Google Analytics 4, and native channel dashboards

Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to ghostwrite thought leadership content and technical summaries for LinkedIn and Twitter/X

Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, algorithm shifts, and competitive dynamics to rapidly test new content formats and distribution strategies

Proven track record of growing organic social channels and building highly engaged communities

Strong copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to translate technical or complex subject matter into accessible, punchy content

Hands-on experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and analytics software (e.g., GA4)

Portfolio demonstrating creative execution, including short-form video production, graphic design, or high-performing written threads

Bonus: Experience with basic video editing, developer community engagement, or working with developer relations teams
