Membership Growth & Engagement Manager

YMCA OF METROPOLITAN LOS ANGELES is seeking a Membership & Belonging Manager in Hollywood, CA to drive daily membership growth and engagement. You will lead tours, manage follow-up, and coach staff to improve conversion and member experience.
The role supervises front-line staff, maintains sales discipline, and collaborates with the Belonging Director to meet monthly membership and revenue goals. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
