PMO Staffing & Talent Strategy Lead

Leidos is seeking a Staffing Resource Manager to support the Mission Solutions area. The role involves vetting candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with Leidos Talent Acquisition, subcontract partners, and Leidos Team Leads to drive staffing success.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence decisions across multiple teams, including the PMO. On-site work in Chantilly, VA is expected.
