Urban Outfitters is seeking team players who can bring the brand to life on the sales floor. The role focuses on creating energy, guiding guests, and making shopping seamless while staying curious and flexible. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver a positive, engaging shopping experience.
Candidates should have a people-first mindset and be comfortable in a fast-moving environment, including nights and weekends as needed. Retail experience is a plus but not required.
