Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Studio Production Coordinator to support day‑to‑day studio merchandising operations in a fast‑paced production environment. This freelance role will partner closely with styling, production, and operations teams to ensure products, samples, and inventory are organized, tracked, and shoot‑ready at all times.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and prior experience in merchandising, e‑commerce, retail, or studio support. This person will help maintain efficient workflows across sample intake, product movement, inventory accuracy, and on‑set readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate product samples and merchandise for studio shoots and related projects.

Track inventory, monitor product status, and maintain accurate merchandising records.

Support shoot preparation by organizing samples, assortments, and product flow.

Partner with production and studio teams to ensure timely movement of merchandise.

Maintain orderly storage, labeling, and inventory systems for easy retrieval and return.

Assist with merchandising logistics, reconciliations, and general operational support.

Qualifications

Experience in merchandising coordination, studio operations, retail, or e‑commerce environments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously.

Comfort working with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and tracking processes.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven, highly organized setting.

Preferred Background

Previous experience supporting photo studios, online retail teams, or product‑based workflows.

Familiarity with sample management, merchandising operations, and production coordination.
