Creator Producer: UGC & Social Campaigns Lead

New Engen is seeking a hands-on Producer for Donut Studios to lead high-volume UGC projects and direct shoots with creators for paid and organic social campaigns. You will collaborate with Creative Strategy to test concepts and ensure fast, platform-native outputs.
Based in Los Angeles, you will frequently shoot on-site in Manhattan Beach and other locations, using AI tools to streamline pre-production, research, and asset organization. Strong eye for on-brand content is essential.
