The Optician will be integral to the patient care experience, performing essential duties including, but not limited to:
Assist patients with selecting and fitting eyewear, including glasses and contact lenses
Manage and maintain accurate patient records and orders
Communicate with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure comfort
Provide support and information about specialty lenses and other optical products
Contribute to a welcoming and collaborative team environment to enhance the patient care experience
