Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Contributes to long-range strategic franchise plans, leveraging insights about consumers and the brand to drive marketing programs in support of franchise strategy.
Partners closely with the Franchise Strategy team to ensure marketing delivers on strategy, including audience targets, creative direction, and brand positioning.
Partners closely with the Franchise Digital team to bring marketing strategy to life across digital formats, including social channels and YouTube.
Supports the management of enterprise marketing programs, ranging from broad-based brand marketing (including brand platforms and campaigns) to program-specific activations such as Back to Hogwarts ’27.
Coordinates agencies delivering brand marketing, campaigns, and marketing moment initiatives, including overseeing the RFP process, agency onboarding, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of toolkits and assets across enterprise touchpoints and lines of business.
Works with stakeholders across the enterprise to develop and implement brand and franchise marketing initiatives from ideation through execution.
Supports and drives workstreams within large-scale franchise marketing moments (e.g., Holidays at Hogwarts 2026, Back to Hogwarts ’27).
Partners with the Strategy and Portfolio teams to develop marketing KPIs by campaign and initiative, and helps ensure delivery against those KPIs.
Partners to develop marketing presentations for Harry Potter and select Live Action franchises to articulate franchise marketing strategy, initiatives, and campaigns.
Participates in governance of the canon, working closely with Creative Directors to ensure story is at the center of all content and development.
Contributes to the development of brand and franchise guidelines and frameworks, and supports approvals for marketing materials by providing feedback and solutions to ensure brand standards are upheld while supporting business objectives.
Acts as a steward of the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and best practices across divisions, partners, and territories, and driving synergies across the franchise ecosystem.
Supports ad hoc projects and workstreams as they arise to support Global Franchise priorities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
Experience working with AAA Studios or Brands
8+ years; Experience within a studio, not just having supported from the Ad Agency side. Experience with similar industries (e.g., Disney, Sony, Paramount)
Experience building and developing integrated campaigns
8+ years.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
Soft Skills
Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels required.
Proven success in project management and driving execution across cross-functional teams required.
Must have excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing) with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders (e.g., vendors).
Must have strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization.

Must have the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and handle confidential information.
Must have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and productive demeanor.
Must be able to travel as needed (approximately 5% of the time).
Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
