Marketing Communications III Professional
9-Month Contract
Hybrid, ONSITE: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Near the border of IL/WI)
Length of assignment: Through April 2027 (Covering a leave)
Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Corporate Marketing Communications professional to support the development of a variety of communications for internal employees and external partners related to Regulatory Affairs.
In This Role You Will
Lead the planning, development, and execution of communication strategies and programs for Regulatory Affairs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives.
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop communications that support RA initiatives, cross-functional culture goals, and strategic priorities.
Draft, edit, and distribute employee communications, including all-employee emails, newsletters, and other enterprise-wide updates. Maintain the RA communications calendar and ensure timely and effective message flow.
Support the employee advisory group by developing agendas, coordinating meetings, facilitating discussion, and preparing communication outputs for leadership and employees.
Develop integrated communication plans for multiple audiences, including stakeholder analysis, message development, timing, channel selection, and effectiveness tracking.
Provide executive communications support to the VP of RA and RA leadership team, including presentations, talking points, scripts, videos, all-staff meeting materials, awards communications, and strategic messaging.
Build and optimize communication programs that support employee understanding and adoption of organizational priorities and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure communications are consistent, well-coordinated, and aligned with client objectives.
Assess communication needs and effectiveness, incorporating feedback and insights to continuously improve messaging and channel strategy.
Support planning and delivery of key communication forums and events that promote understanding of RA priorities and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, communications, Journalism, or equivalent
3-5 years of communications or related experience
Must have a portfolio of content to share
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of emerging communication trends and technologies
Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate company and team needs
Keen awareness of cultural nuances and demonstrated ability to work in a global environment
Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with multi-divisional and multi-functional teams globally
Experience developing and implementing communications strategies for highly complex business and technology initiatives
Supervisory or leadership experience managing people or multiple projects
Preferred: project planning and management experience, including successful implementation of business initiatives with technology components
