Strategic Business Development & Proposal Lead (AEC)

Morrison-Maierle is seeking a Business Development / Proposal Coordinator to support prequalification and proposal development across the firm. You will generate polished content, coordinate cross-functional teams, and tailor submissions to client criteria.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications and at least two years in AEC prequalification/proposal work. Relocation assistance offered and ESOP ownership reflects our employee‑owned culture.
