Regional Sales Leader, Dermatology Biologics

LEO Pharma is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead a field-based Therapeutic Sales Specialist team across the Great Plains region. You will drive regional execution, recruit and develop staff, and partner with Marketing, Market Access and Training to meet growth targets.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years in pharma sales, 3+ years in management, Dermatology/Immunology experience, and a strong data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills. Travel will be required.
