Grata is seeking a Relationship Manager to be the lead contact for assigned accounts, driving customer ROI and renewal growth. You’ll onboard and drive ongoing adoption, coordinate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues, and expand Grata use across accounts.
You will nurture relationships with users, champions, and decision makers, identifying risks and opportunities while aiming to exceed KPIs like renewal, upsell, and NPS in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
