You will create engaging photo, video, and written content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials that reflect the energy and impact of CTE and Workforce programs. Working closely with faculty, staff, and the college's Communications and Marketing team, you will identify compelling stories, plan and execute digital campaigns, maintain accurate online program information, and ensure content aligns with branding and accessibility standards. You will also attend local and regional events — including graduation and pinning ceremonies — to capture photos and video, monitor social media engagement, analyze website and social media metrics, and use audience insights to continuously improve content and outreach.
Responsibilities
Identify compelling stories and plan/execute digital campaigns across social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Maintain accurate online program information and ensure content aligns with institutional branding and accessibility standards.
Attend local and regional events to capture photos and video and support coverage of ceremonies.
Monitor social media engagement and analyze website and social media metrics.
Use audience insights to continuously improve content and outreach.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Associate’s degree and one year of full-time equivalent experience in content creation, digital communications, or marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Proficiency with photography, short-form video production, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and the initiative to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Site Location: Coeur d’ Alene Campus
Work Schedule: Typical college hours are Mon–Thu 7:30–5:00, Fri 7:30–2:30
