Job Summary
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Strategy & Planning. As a Forward Deployed Agentic Sr Lead, you will drive the deployment and adoption of Agentic AI solutions across the Chief Operating Office. Acting as the bridge between operations, product management, AI engineering, and business stakeholders, you will translate operational challenges into AI‑enabled workflows and scalable automation capabilities that deliver measurable business value.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Lead the deployment of Agentic AI products into production business environments

Partner with business and operations teams to identify AI and automation opportunities

Conduct discovery sessions and analyze process artifacts including SOPs, workflows, runbooks, and process mining outputs

Design and implement AI‑powered workflows leveraging LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations

Develop multi‑step AI agents that utilize reasoning, tool usage, and task execution capabilities

Utilize GPT, Claude, Gemini, and related technologies to build enterprise‑grade AI solutions

Implement RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and contextual grounding strategies

Define KPIs, ROI models, and value realization frameworks for AI initiatives

Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and iterative delivery cycles

Develop reusable agent patterns, prompt templates, orchestration blueprints, and AI capability libraries

Drive AI literacy and adoption through documentation, standards, training, and best practices

Collaborate with risk, compliance, engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure governance alignment

Present AI strategies and transformation opportunities to leadership and executive stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Proficient with GPT, Claude, Gemini or similar LLMs

Experience with Agentic AI workflows and AI orchestration frameworks

Strong Product Management background

Enterprise AI deployment experience

Ability to translate business processes into AI‑enabled solutions

Experience with process mining, operational excellence, workflow automation, or business process transformation preferred

Banking or Financial Services experience preferred

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills required

Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite
