Job Description
Lumi Nails & MedSpa is a boutique luxury nail salon and medical spa opening in Chicago's South Loop. We offer Russian manicures, luxury pedicures, lash and brow services, and a full range of medical spa treatments in an elevated, artistry-driven environment. We are looking for a talented Brow & Lash Specialist to create stunning, customized brow and lash looks for our clients.

The Role
As a Brow & Lash Specialist, you'll deliver brow shaping, lamination, tinting, lash lifts, and lash extensions for a discerning clientele, helping each client look and feel their best.

What You'll Do
Perform brow shaping, lamination, tinting, and henna services. Provide lash lifts, tints, and lash extension services. Consult with clients to design customized brow and lash looks. Maintain impeccable sanitation and safety standards. Recommend aftercare, products, and rebooking to build a loyal client base. Stay current on the latest brow and lash techniques and trends.

Requirements
Illinois Esthetician or Cosmetology license (as required for brow/lash services). Experience with lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, and tinting. A strong aesthetic eye and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and client-care skills. Commitment to sanitation, safety, and continuing education.

Compensation
Hourly base plus commission, plus 100% of your tips. Full-Time or Part-Time options available.

Bonus
An existing client following, certifications in volume/mega-volume lashes, or brow artistry experience a plus.
