The Clorox Company is seeking a Plant Human Manager to lead the HR function at our Amherst, VA manufacturing site. You will drive talent strategy, partner with plant leadership, and oversee recruiting, compensation, benefits, and policy administration to support the plant's growth and compliance.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will create development programs, manage disciplinary actions, and ensure an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Clorox values. Onsite work is required.
