Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our day-to-day digital strategies and elevate our clients' brand presence across all channels.

In this role, you will collaborate with a talented internal team of Account Executives, Creative Directors, and tech partners to build, optimize, and report on high-impact digital initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Strategy & Leadership: Develop custom digital strategies aligned with client goals across social, paid media, SEO, email, and web.

Website & Digital Experience: Partner with our Creative Services Director to oversee website launches, optimization, SEO, and performance tracking.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze KPIs and ROIs to deliver actionable reporting and strategic adjustments that maximize results.

Media & Vendor Management: Oversee digital media buying efforts and build strong relationships with external vendors.

Client & Project Management: Proactively manage timelines, project workflows (via Trello), and client expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

Strong background in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

Deep understanding of digital trends, SEO, and marketing technologies.

Excellent client communication and project management skills.

Ability to multitask and maintain high quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with tools like Sprout, NinjaCat, and Trello is a major plus.

Benefits:

Salaried Position (negotiable based on experience)

Regular Office Hours (8 am to 5 pm M-F)
