IAM Manager: SailPoint & Identity Governance Leader

Capri Holdings Limited in East Rutherford, NJ, seeks an experienced Manager of Identity & Access Management to lead our enterprise IGA program with SailPoint.
You will own the SailPoint roadmap, guide IAM engineers and analysts, and partner with security, HR, and apps teams to ensure secure, scalable identity services.
Required: 5–8+ years in IAM with 3+ years in leadership and hands-on SailPoint deployments; strong RBAC, SoD, and audit readiness.
