Proposal Lead – Marketing Coordinator II (AEC)

Passero Associates is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead proposal efforts from our Rochester, NY, Charlotte, NC or St. Augustine, FL offices.
You will guide responses from pre-RFP positioning through interview stage, handling technical content, graphics, and branding for A/E/C services. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience with RFQs/RFPs, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office.
