JOB DESCRIPTION
client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Marketing Manager. Join the Growth Markets team and help bring our brand and client experience to life across local markets. In this role, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives that support business priorities, elevate executive engagement, and strengthen EY's presence in key markets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business priorities and growth objectives

Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and executive experiences

Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders

Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, creative, talent, and business leadership teams

Partner with external organizations and local business communities to enhance brand visibility and market presence

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or field marketing

Proven ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and manage complex relationships

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

This role requires working onsite at a local office the first week (Monday-Friday); Candidates preferred based out of Chicago, IL or Cleveland, OH
