Live Event AV Technician — Guest‑Focused Service

Encore is seeking a Technician in Lexington, KY to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work with hotel staff and clients to verify equipment performance, troubleshoot on-site, and assist with invoicing and paperwork using Navigator.
Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service or AV experience, and a valid driver's license.
