Children's Choir Director

BJC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate New Graduate Nurse to join our vibrant team at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. As a New Graduate Nurse, you will work closely with experienced healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to children from infancy through adolescence. Responsibilities

Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Participate in educational sessions to continually improve nursing skills and knowledge.

Ensure the comfort and safety of patients, while adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing empathetic support and information.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, under supervision as needed.

Monitor patient health and record relevant data to aid in treatment and care.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Capacity to handle stress and make decisions under pressure.

Attention to detail.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri, or eligibility to obtain license prior to starting employment.
