Promotions Operations & Finance Coordinator (Onsite NYC)

Insight Global is seeking a Business Coordinator for a Beauty client in NYC to support Promotional Development. You will work closely with finance on POs, track shipments, and share status reports with Marketing. You will help source new promotional items and manage vendor communications.
You will be onsite five days in Hudson Yards, coordinating with AP and logistics to ensure timely payments and delivery, while maintaining compliance with auditing standards and PO processes.
