Admin & Program Coordinator

Locker Soccer Academy · Powell, OH, USA ·

Pay:
40.000 - 65.000
Job type:
Full Time

Locker Soccer Academy and Locker Elite Club are organizations dedicated to youth soccer development in Powell, Ohio. Locker Soccer Academy runs small-group classes, camps, and events focused on building skill, confidence, and a love of the game for younger and developmental players. Locker Elite is our competitive club.

Across both programs, we're passionate about player development over wins, early pressure, and early specialization. We pride in building an experience that keeps players and families coming back season after season.

About the Role
We're hiring a full-time Program & Club Coordinator to be the organizational backbone of both Locker Soccer Academy and Locker Elite Club. This is a full time in-person role. Part of your role requires you to be front-facing with parents & families, and also working behind the scenes running the administrative and operational engine.

You'll work closely with the owner, COO, and team of coaches, but you will own the details — registration, communications, scheduling coordination, events, and supporting the growth of both organizations. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants hands‑on experience in the business side of sports and is thinking about a future in General Management or Sports Management.

What We're Looking For

Genuinely enjoys working with kids, families, and coaches

Extremely detail-oriented and organized

Tactical and execution-focused; comfortable living in spreadsheets and systems to track leads, rosters, and registrations

Dependable and comfortable owning processes with minimal oversight

Communicates confidently and warmly on the phone, by text, and in person (see questions below)

Comfortable guiding parents through enrollment conversations

Able to organize projects and manage their own time to see them through to completion

Not required, but a strong plus: former athlete who is interested in pursuing General Management or Sports Management as a career path is a great fit for this role

Schedule & Location

Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week, based in Powell, Ohio (onsite is required)

Requires some weekday evening availability and Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective families via phone, text, and in person

Answer questions about classes, programs, scheduling, and policies; help families choose the right class for their child

Follow up on new leads from the website, social media, email, and birthday party requests; track leads and outcomes in our CRM/spreadsheet

Schedule free trial classes, coordinate coach reminders, greet families onsite, and follow up after every trial to close the loop on enrollment

Coordinate birthday parties end-to-end: scheduling, bartender, food/dessert ordering, and day‑of logistics

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility

Plan and execute events including tournaments and parties

Locker Elite Club — Operations & Administration

Serve as the central communications hub between the club, all coaches, and parents club-wide

Manage registration for all teams each season: open/close windows, deadlines, and payment tracking

Collect and maintain required paperwork — waivers, medical forms, age verification, league player passes — and keep master rosters current

Coordinate shared club resources such as field/space bookings across teams and a master club calendar (note: individual coaches schedule their own games)

Manage uniform ordering and club equipment inventory across all teams

Onboard new coaches each season and serve as their go‑to resource for administrative questions

Coordinate club-wide events such as tryouts/evaluations, picture day, and end‑of‑season recognition

Brainstorm and lead new‑player recruiting initiatives during the off‑season with owner, COO, and marketing — clinics, referral campaigns, school/rec‑league outreach, social media pushes, and similar strategies

Own the new‑player registration process: inquiry handling, trial/tryout scheduling, follow‑up, and tracking

Build relationships with local schools, rec leagues, and feeder programs as pipelines for future players

Review season‑over‑season retention and enrollment trends and propose improvements

Coordinate marketing materials (flyers, social content, sign‑up pages) with the owner
