The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, assisting with daily living and therapeutic activities, and responding to crisis situations.

Provide person‑centered support by engaging individuals in meaningful activities based on their preferences, strengths, and goals outlined in their Individual Service Plans (ISPs). Facilitate community integration and support independence.

Responsibilities include: support adults and children with developmental disabilities in a residential setting; collaborate with interdisciplinary team members; maintain accurate documentation; and follow all safety and care protocols.

Qualifications: compassionate and reliable demeanor; experience or interest in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities; willingness to work full time (30+ hours) with overnight shifts as needed.

Location: Multiple locations, Northern VA, 20151, United States.
