Staff Product Manager, Advertiser Recommendations & Incentives

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager Advertiser Recommendations & Incentives to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a Media environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $229,000 – $343,000 annually

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the advertiser recommendations platform

Define the intelligence layer to surface recommendations and incentives for advertisers

Build data‑backed recommendation systems for campaign performance

Design targeted incentive programs to enhance advertiser engagement

Collaborate with ads product teams and other stakeholders across departments

Work with Measurement and Engineering to create scalable recommendation logic

Leverage A/B testing and data analysis to improve recommendations

Engage with advertisers to understand pain points and identify opportunities

Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience

8+ years in consumer or digital advertising products, with experience in advertiser‑facing or growth products

Experience with data‑backend ad platform products

Familiarity with SMC advertiser tiers

Strong data fluency, including SQL expertise
