Senior Community Manager: Growth, Ops & Team Leadership

Dream Live Prosper Communities in Baton Rouge seeks a Community Manager to oversee multifamily properties, residents, investors, and staff. You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver a WOW experience in rental management, occupancy, and revenue growth.
You should have 3+ years of direct reports management, strong communication, and solid financial analysis skills; experience with Appfolio, G Suite, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
