Social Media Manager
G.O.A.T. Foods | West Palm Beach, FL | Hybrid (4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote)

ABOUT THE ROLE
G.O.A.T. Foods is a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for a fast-moving, highly creative, and strategy-minded Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand presence across digital channels. You'll lead organic social strategy, content creation, community management, TikTok execution, live shopping, and affiliate/influencer efforts across all G.O.A.T. Foods brands.

This role is about more than posting content — it's about bringing the G.O.A.T. Foods story to life. You'll pull back the curtain on our operations, our people, our products, and the passion behind what we build, turning the day-to-day of a growing food business into compelling, authentic content that earns attention and builds community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Strategy & Campaign Execution

Develop and execute social strategies aligned to brand, campaign, and business priorities

Translate campaign objectives into social-first content and storytelling

Partner cross-functionally to ensure social is integrated from planning through execution

Maintain a strong pulse on trends, formats, and culture to drive timely and relevant activations

Understand overall business objectives and translate them into actionable social media strategies

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

Build and execute social media content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest

Create, plan, schedule, and post daily, dynamic, platform-relevant content that tells stories and compels action

Own and develop the social media playbook for each brand — define the voice, tone, and positioning

Tell the G.O.A.T. Foods story authentically — from our founding vision and product development to the people, operations, and culture that make us who we are

Take audiences behind the scenes of our business: warehouses, production, team moments, sourcing, and the real work that goes into building a food brand

Find the human stories within our operations and turn them into content that builds trust, relatability, and brand affinity

Balance brand storytelling with performance-oriented and partner-supported content

Write hooks, captions, on-screen text, and content briefs optimized for each platform

TikTok Strategy & Execution

Own day-to-day TikTok content strategy and execution, building a presence that is culturally relevant and built to perform

Identify trends, sounds, formats, creator behaviors, and cultural moments worth acting on across all audiences

Move quickly from concept to execution, often turning around ideas in real time

Develop content strategies and series that grow our audience while staying true to brand identity

Analyze TikTok performance and use insights to refine creative direction and audience growth

Test new content formats, storytelling styles, and series concepts to find repeatable winners

Travel to Tier 1 events and brand activations to capture real-time content as needed

Community Engagement

Own day-to-day community management across all platforms

Engage proactively with users to build relationships and brand affinity

Identify opportunities for G.O.A.T. Foods to show up authentically in conversation

Develop scalable approaches to increase engagement and responsiveness

Live Shopping Program

Own and operate G.O.A.T. Foods' live shopping program across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, and other emerging channels

Plan, produce, and host live shopping events that showcase products in an engaging, authentic, and conversion-driven way

Develop a repeatable live shopping cadence, including content themes, product features, and promotional strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to align live events with product launches, campaigns, and sales priorities

Analyze live shopping performance metrics and optimize format, frequency, and presentation to drive results

Affiliate & Influencer Program

Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop a profitable influencer/affiliate strategy

Build and manage a network of influencers and affiliates to generate sales and content

Ensure creator content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives

Partner with Creator and Influencer teams to amplify campaigns through social

Data & Performance

Track and analyze performance across organic and paid social channels

Translate data into actionable insights, content optimizations, and posting cadence adjustments

Support reporting and recaps for internal stakeholders

Meet goals around organic social growth and influencer/affiliate growth

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or social strategy

Proven track record of creating or managing social content that performs — especially on TikTok

Strong instinct for what makes content feel native to each platform versus overly polished or branded

Deep understanding of TikTok storytelling, hooks, pacing, editing style, and audience behavior

Proficiency with social media management tools and organic content creation

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly

Proficient in AI platforms; video editing or content capture skills a plus

Experience being on camera or directing on-camera talent a plus

4 days in office, 1 remote work day
