Federal Task Order Proposals Manager

Ethic Tech, LLC invites a Proposal Manager to lead the planning, development, and submission of federal task order proposals under IDIQ, BPA, MAC, GWAC, and GSA vehicles. You will partner with BD, Capture, Technical, and Contracts to translate capture strategy into compliant, compelling responses and ensure on-schedule delivery.
You will coordinate kickoff meetings, develop schedules, and manage reviews and artifacts, ensuring staffing realism and deliverability in a fast-paced environment.
