Sales Associate

Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

- Up to $200,000.

As an F&I Manager, you'll partner with our sales team to guide customers through financing options, protection products, and final paperwork while creating an exceptional purchase experience. This is a high‑impact role where strong communication skills, attention to detail, and relationship‑building are key to success.

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in Automotive, RV, Marine, Powersports, Banking, or Finance (F&I experience preferred)

Builds trust quickly and genuinely enjoys helping customers

Is confident presenting financing, warranty, and protection options

Has exceptional communication and closing skills

Is highly organized and detail‑oriented

Experienced RV Technician

Starting at $28/hour DOE

As an Experienced RV Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of RV systems while working in a professional shop with a supportive team. If you take pride in producing quality work and enjoy solving problems, this is a career where your experience is valued and rewarded.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous RV, automotive, marine, or heavy equipment repair experience

Enjoys troubleshooting and hands‑on mechanical work

Takes pride in quality workmanship

Works well independently and as part of a team

Hybrid Detailer / Porter

Help us create an incredible first impression! This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in making every RV shine while helping keep dealership operations running smoothly. From detailing RVs for delivery to assisting with moving inventory and maintaining the lot, no two days are the same.
