Programmatic Media Lead & Campaign Architect

Two by Four is seeking a Performance Media Supervisor to translate business and marketing objectives into impactful programmatic, paid social and search activations, overseeing day-to-day self‑serve media at the agency.
The role leads management of campaigns across programmatic display, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, SEM and other biddable channels, with a focus on QA, budgeting, optimization, and performance reporting.
