External Communications Lead: Brand & Media Strategy

Macy’s is seeking an Associate, External Communications to lead storytelling and media relations across operations and brand initiatives from New York City. You will shape campaigns, manage media inquiries, and support executives on national platforms.
You’ll collaborate with leadership, internal teams and partners to protect the brand, coordinate crisis responses, and drive coverage across top outlets. Travel to events and offices will be required.
