Station Manager, Breeding Operations Leader

AgReliant Genetics is seeking a seasoned Ops & Testing leader to oversee corn and soybean research operations at sites across the region. You will champion standardized protocols, mentor field teams, and ensure timely field activities with clear reporting.
You will manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, drive data-driven decisions, and promote safety and collaboration among researchers and station staff. A Bachelor’s in agronomy and 5+ years of leadership experience are required.
