About the Role
As a Marketing Advisor, you're the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners, guiding them through their digital marketing journey with us. You'll dig into their goals, collaborate on strategy with our internal specialists, and make sure every initiative delivers measurable results. Client happiness is the scoreboard, and data is how you keep score.

Location: Must be based in Cleveland, OH. This is a hybrid role: work from home with in-person meetings roughly one day per week at our co-working space.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary liaison between Milia Marketing and your clients, keeping every communication timely and clear

Build status reports and strategies alongside our ads specialists, web developers, and SEO specialists

Monitor project timelines and budgets, keeping clients informed of progress and any adjustments needed

Analyze campaign performance data and turn it into clear recommendations clients can act on

Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client goals

Lead regular client meetings covering ongoing projects, performance metrics, and strategic adjustments

Use ClickUp to keep a pulse on projects, communicate with team members, and maintain complete records of client interactions and decisions

Advise and educate clients on digital marketing best practices, new tools, and what's changing in the industry

What You Bring

6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a marketing environment

An analytical mindset: you’re comfortable reading performance data, spotting trends, and letting the numbers drive your recommendations

The ability to demonstrate marketing ROI and speak with business acumen: you can connect campaign performance to revenue, explain what the numbers mean for a partner’s bottom line, and hold your own in a conversation with an owner about their business

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, with a proven ability to apply them

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively

Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp and communication platforms like Slack

Ability to manage multiple client projects at once and work well within a team

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt when circumstances or client needs change

Experience using AI tools in your marketing workflow is preferred (we invest heavily here and you’ll be encouraged to keep learning)

How Success Is Measured

Internal KPIs: Client Retention Rate, Case Studies and Video Testimonials, Net Promoter Score, Customer Churn Rate, Referrals

External KPIs: Your clients’ SMART goals (leads, conversions, project launches, conversion rates, and more)
