Job Description
Primary Function
Coordinates the development and execution of creative concepts and themes for Online Education and Individual Studies marketing and communications; creates and designs promotional materials; assists with the development, creation and implementation of multi-channel strategies and communications such as publications, print, electronic communications, digital and social media marketing; manages the print process (bids, file transactions, proofing and delivery) of all projects and works closely with print vendors to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines; generates and maintains mailing lists; and manages and coordinates promotional item needs including design and production, ordering and dissemination, inventory and usage.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, graphic design, or related field; at least three years of professional graphic design or related experience; demonstrated experience in designing communications for print and digital marketing and writing for Web and electronic media; strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to balance multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced office; exceptional attention to detail; strong organizational skills; and ability to work effectively in a team environment required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education multi‑channel marketing communications preferred.
