About the Role:

Arthur Murray Franchise Dance Studio in Marlton, NJ is looking for passionate and talented Choreographers/Dance Instructors to join our team! This is your chance to share your love of dance, inspire students of all skill levels, and be part of a world-renowned dance community. Responsibilities:

Teach personal and class lessons across a variety of styles including ballroom, Latin, swing, and more

Develop and choreograph routines tailored to individual student goals and skill levels

Track student progress and adjust lesson plans to ensure continuous improvement

Create a welcoming, encouraging, and high-energy studio environment

Participate in studio showcases, competitions, and special events

Build strong relationships with students to support long-term engagement and retention

Requirements:

Prior experience in dance instruction, choreography, or performance preferred but not necessary

Knowledge of ballroom, Latin, or social dance styles is a strong plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to motivate others

Energetic, patient, and passionate about sharing the art of dance

Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Arthur Murray certification or willingness to complete training program upon hire
