Passionate about user-centered design, the full-time UI/UX Design Analyst will work remotely to lead design sprints, conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and ensure digital experiences meet user needs and accessibility standards.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and conduct design sprints, user research, and usability testing to inform design decisions
Provide expertise in UI/UX design for web-based and client-server applications, focusing on creating intuitive and accessible interfaces
Conduct prototype testing and evaluation, iterating designs based on user feedback to enhance functionality and user experience
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
Experience conducting usability testing and user research, preferably in the government sector
Ability to obtain and maintain a government Public Trust clearance
