Head of Learning Experience

Leading the Learning Experience team, the full-time Head of Learning Experience will manage team performance, define operational vision, and implement improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Serve as people manager for the LX team, setting clear expectations and enabling team success
Define a vision for LX operations by leveraging industry best practices and personal experience
Continuously evaluate and adopt cutting-edge tools, particularly AI and automation, to enhance team output

Required qualifications

Deep experience in managing creative teams, especially in video production
A track record of high-accountability management with high-performing teams
Expert knowledge of tools and automation, particularly AI tools
Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
