Client Services Manager

About the Role

Manage and lead the Client Services team through field visits, site visits, problem solving, and act as a liaison to laboratory management and operations. Train client service representatives in accepted processes to maintain customer satisfaction and grow sales. Manage customer relationships through reports and evaluation, generate additional business through site visits and consultation, and maintain competitiveness by observing market intelligence. Provide consistent touchpoints with the team, ensure accurate forecasts and reports via the CRM system, collaborate with sales, regional directors, and operations managers to solve issues, and lead development and team building. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred; strong related experience considered.
Minimum 1–2 years in client services/customer service; laboratory or medical billing preferred.
Team work, problem resolution, flexibility, communication (oral & written), time management and analytical thinking.
Computer skills required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance company requirements.

Location & Schedule

Knoxville, TN – Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, full‑time with benefit eligibility. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
