Spring is seeking a Contract Motion Art Director to lead the execution and scaling of motion content across Product’s retail and digital surfaces. You will guide a motion team under a defined system and ensure consistency across hundreds of placements.
You’ll work with After Effects, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite to maintain fidelity while adapting content for diverse markets, formats, and screens. This is a directing-first, production-savvy leadership role.
